Payment Information

We strongly encourage you to verify your benefits with your health insurance company prior to scheduling your first appointment so that you are not surprised by any charges you might owe. Amounts due are a reflection of your agreement with your health insurance company. Please note that insurance companies often change benefits at the start of the new year. These changes include amounts due for deductibles.
In accordance with federal regulations, all copayments and deductibles are due at the time of appointment. Starting January 1, 2025, our office requires a credit card to be on file to be an active patient within our practice. You will be asked for this information at the time of your first appointment. This credit card will be charged for any outstanding copayments, deductibles, no-show/late cancellation fees, and/or other charges related to your insurance policy. All credit card information is stored securely and tokenized. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our office.

Our office values the relationship we have with our patients while understanding that there is a tremendous need for psychiatric services within the community. For no-show appointments and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file starting January 1, 2025. Please make every effort to communicate with us if you can no longer make it to your appointment, and note that late cancellations or no-shows of first appointments may result in you not being able to establish care with our office. Frequent late cancellations and/or no-show appointments will result in discharge from our office.
